We had such an amazing time filming this beautiful Scottsdale wedding! Not only did we get to film in such a fun and beautiful location, but Sarah and Anthony were such a joy to work with! They are a beautiful couple, and most of all, the love they share for each other radiates.
This Wedding was extra special for us because we grew up in the same town as the Bride and her family! We went to the same school, church, and had mutual friends. So we were so very excited (and honored) to be a part of this celebration!
Ceremony
Sarah and Anthony chose to have their ceremony at Desert Foothills Barn in Scottsdale, Arizona. Desert Foothills Barn is located in North Scottsdale and is far from that boring ballroom space with bad carpet and high prices! (We have ALL seen them!!) The breathtaking Sonoran Desert setting provided an unforgettable experience and a little taste of the Southwestern charm.
A beautiful Arizona sunset and that adorable barn were the backdrop to this beautiful Scottsdale wedding. Surrounded by towering saguaros (that’s cacti for all of you out-of-towners…) under a canopy of twinkling stars! What could be more beautiful and unique for your wedding?
Cocktail Hour & Reception
Following the ceremony guests enjoyed drinks and hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour. While mingling with friends and family they gazed out at the jaw-dropping views of the Sonoran Desert (Sounds like a wedding from out of your dreams, right?)
Afterwards, guests were ushered into the remarkable rustic ‘barn’ (that we hear was built over 20 years ago and was made out of old telephone poles!) The ‘barn’ boasts a unique presence with twinkle lights, dance floor, and plenty of space for that dancefloor!
After Cutting the cake we moved on to (what I think was everyone’s favorite part of the day) dancing! There wasn’t a single person in the room who wasn’t dancing along to the DJ. Even if they weren’t on the Dance Floor, everyone had such an amazing time! And finally, to top off this amazing day, a sparkling exit! Anthony and Sarah’s guests will be talking about this celebration for years to come.
This was so much more than just a wedding. It was an adventure and a journey into the love of two incredible people. Sarah and Anthony had so many friends and family members who traveled from afar to witness this beautiful day.
